Format & what to expect

Structure

Sessions happen weekly or bi-weekly and run for 60 minutes. We keep the day and time fixed, so a steady rhythm can build the depth this work needs.

In our first sessions we map your challenges and goals together. From there, each meeting connects what's happening in your life right now to the deeper patterns underneath it.

Between sessions: your work is to reflect on what we discussed. I also offer email support for short check-ins between meetings. Anything that needs depth, we bring into our next meeting.

My role & yours

I won't tell you what to do. That puts me in charge of your life, which isn't the point. My job is to help you think clearly, see your own patterns, and learn to trust your inner compass again.

Your part of the work:

  • Show up consistently
  • Reflect between sessions
  • Speak honestly (as much as possible)
  • Notice and share what shifts emotionally or in your life
On choosing a coach: the research is clear. The strongest predictor of progress isn't the modality, it's the quality of the relationship. That's why the first step is a free 20-minute call, so we can both feel whether the fit is right.

What it's actually like to work with me

"

I started working with Tania when life felt messy. In dating, I was asking myself: Is it me, or why do I keep repeating the same patterns? After just three sessions, things started to feel lighter and I started getting the answers. Even people around me noticed; they said I seemed more composed and at ease. Tania is an excellent professional full of empathy. Improvements I feel in my daily life are honestly priceless.

I'm genuinely impressed that after just five sessions, I've noticed such significant changes. My energy is stable again, I feel productive, and more importantly, I've learned a lot about what triggers me and why. The external conditions haven't changed much but my internal shifts allow me to respond in a completely different way.

Tania is great at understanding people and their potential. She helped me identify my values and articulate a future vision for myself. She gave me confidence, clarity, and a lot of practical tools. I deeply appreciate your time, expertise and passion.

"

She didn't just throw advice at me. She helped me untangle my own thoughts, like handing me a flashlight in a messy room. If you're on the fence, honestly? Just try it. Sometimes you don't need a lecture, you just need someone who gets it.

"

After a friendship that felt like it turned romantic but ended up not being that, I completely lost myself. I tried to make sense of it with AI, but that made it even worse. I had no idea what my place in the world was anymore, and everything felt pointless and unfair. It was only with Tania that I could start seeing things in a different light. Because this situation also uncovered a lot of stuff from my childhood that I buried for years. If any situation shocks you to your core, it's okay to ask for help.

—Jay

I coach because I find people fascinating, and because I'm good at sitting with what's underneath.

Last year I left a stable corporate role to pursue coaching full time. I'd been doing this work for three and a half years and outgrew the rigid coaching format. I wanted to go deeper, so I went back to study psychology.

I currently work under the supervision of an experienced psychoanalytical therapist who was herself supervised by Otto Kernberg. That foundation is what lets me take the work past the symptom and into what's actually driving it.

"When a person can't find a deep sense of meaning, they distract themselves with pleasure."

Viktor Frankl

We reach for pleasure when we can't fill our reality with content that matters to us. That's often exactly where people find themselves when they come to me, and in my experience, it's the most interesting place to start from.

Without overthinking it

If this resonates, the next step is a free 20-minute call. We'll look at what feels stuck and explore how I could best support you. No pressure to decide on the spot. You'll have plenty of space to reflect afterwards.
